selected fabric and wrote a wish.

Our adopting bloggy friends Sandra and Shorel and their little boy Schafer

this particular one with Psalm 23 written on it.

so much and we all have been waiting patiently for you to arrive for a very long time.
We are so pleased to have the opportunity to share your life with you and your Mum
and Dad. We can't wait to see you grow up and what God has in store for you. You could

Aaron's Aunty Helene and Uncle John sent this lovely fabric and wish.
Helene also wrote a letter to us explaining that she has had the material
in her sewing box for about 20 years, and that the card was given to her by her
pregnant daughter for mother's day. It has a frog on the reverse side, which she loves,
and is pleased that it will continue to live on for our child! Helene suggested that she was thrilled
and honoured to be asked to participate in the quilt, and thanked us for allowing
her to be a part of our child's life. No - thank YOU Helene! This is precious!
The wish reads:
May you embrace the culture of your parents
May you appreciate the richness of your cultural roots
You will always have love and acceptance in your life
Appreciate the gift of family and be happy.
